In the studio view, press and hold the instrument or effect you would like to delete during 1 second.
A panel will popup to confirm the deletion of the instrument/effect.

To delete a track go to the sequencer view, then on the left where it has the instruments, select the + symbol and it will bring up a menu. You can delete it from there, it has an option. If you want to delete a instrument hold down the instrument
